State requirements to plan around
Most domestic LLCs use a county-designated daily and weekly newspaper, once weekly for six successive weeks. The statutory compliance period is 120 days after the initial articles become effective. Official source
DOS requires the certificate and affidavits and lists a $50 filing fee. Exceptions and already-late cases need review. Official source

Yes. This intake is for a standalone request. We ask for the existing company’s details in the cart.
